The Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDECYT) and the Science and Technology Park Foundation of Extremadura (PCTEx) merged on 1st January 2013 to form a new foundation that brings together both the goals and purposes of both entities. Our mission is to create the necessary space and services to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, science and technology for the socio-economic development of Extremadura, with a vision focused on the consolidation of our offer of services to support innovation, entrepreneurship and cooperation for the promotion of intelligent, sustainable and inclusive development of the region.
As an associate partner of ENNEPlus, FUNDECYT-PCTEX takes part in and supports the implementation of dissemination and quality assurance activities.
FUNDECYT-PCTEX joins the Spanish chapter and provides mentorship for projects related to its areas of competence.
