The Vocational High School of Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Galabovo was established in 1960, in response to the need of management and executive staff for Bulgaria’s biggest energy complex – Maritsa Iztok.
Up until today, this is the only Bulgarian school which prepares secondary school graduates specialized in heating energy. Over 340 students study at VHSPEEE in the following majors: Heating Energy, Electrical Production Facilities, Machine Building.
